We’re trade only: UK Ltd and PLC companies. Your application is verified against Companies House as you type, so there is no paperwork to post.

How long does approval take?+

Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 working days. You’ll get an email the moment you’re approved, and your trade prices are visible from first sign-in.

How do the 30-day credit terms work?+

Choose a credit account when you apply. Subject to a quick check, you order now and pay on invoice at 30 days. Prefer not to? Pay as you go, per order.

What if the sizes are wrong?+

You have 365 days to exchange sizes. New starters, wide fits, second thoughts: send them back and we’ll swap them.

Can my staff choose their own boots?+

Is there a minimum order?+

No minimum. Orders of £100 net (ex VAT) or more are carriage paid; smaller orders carry a standard delivery charge.
